FENCING Awards 2021 Finalist - Aireys Inlet project by Western Gates and Fences

Aireys Inlet project by Western Gates and Fences in Aireys Inlet, Victoria.

Western Gates and Fences gave Australian Fencing Awards some key information on their Aireys Inlet project.

Challenges involved in the project

  • Due to the size and weight of the gate, placement needed to be coordinated by crane truck and between engineers and powder coaters.

Products used on the project

  • Key Automation and powder coated steel gate.

Outcome of the project

  • After pouring the slab and laying cable, our gate engineer fabricated the gate based on client design. It was then shipped to powder coating and then driven 50+ km onto site and craned into place. From here it was automated using Key Automation Software and Motors including operator safety beams installed for access safety.

This project by Western Gates and Fences is a finalist in the Australian FENCING Awards 2021.
