From a mechanic's apprenticeship with the ADF to a diesel mechanic/fitter with a national waste management company that lead to designing, building and maintaining the first product destruction plant in Brisbane, Andrew Odgers has had a varied career.
He stepped into plastic recycling in 1999 and after two years founded Ecopolymers, a company he built to become a leader in plastic recycling.
With the processing/supply of regrind to the industry he was always on the lookout for opportunity and Woodshield was the perfect fit - a chemical free timber post fully coated in recycled poly.
