Smart Installations gave Australian Fencing Awards some key information on their Aluminium batten screen project.

Challenges involved in the project

• Overall weight of gate, lack of width to automate using a support post - bracket was designed to solve the issue.
• Post spacing to ensure the panels would be mm perfect every batten.
• Cut out around existing electrical box.
• Raking ground.

Products used on the project

• Aluminium extrusion. 50 x 25mm vertical battens.

Outcome of the project

• Final outcome was an elegant design complimenting the home. Customer absolutely loved the design and overall finish in the workmanship.
